   • You may request an appointment in the comfort of your home or in our office with one of our trained Loan officers. We understand that your days can become very busy and late appointments or weekend appointment would fit your schedule better than typical 9 to 5 that most lenders offer.
    
2. We can provide you with a detailed property profile of your home. You may want this information on a property you are interested in as well.
   
   Your property profile will include information such as:
   
   
   • Year Built
   • Date you acquired your property
   • Purchase price
   • Square footage [According to public record]
   • Lot size and taxes
   
   
    
3. We can provide you with comparable sales in your area.
   
   This information of comparable sales is right from public records for your area and is the most recent. This information will not reflect homes that have not sold or are pending sale.
    
4. We can gather copies of your public documents for you.
   
   This public documentation will show the last recorded Deed of Trust, Warranty deed or Quick Claim Deed that has posted on your property to verify ownership.
